大学生内化问题与不同童年不良经历的相关性研究
Related Research on the Internalization of College Students and the Adverse Experience of Different Childhood
摘要: 目的:初步了解南充市高校的大学生不同内化行为与不同童年不良经历的相关性,提出应用于大学生心理健康教育的策略,减少个体童年不良经历和青少年内化性问题的发生。方法:采取简单随机抽样法,对南充市三高校——川北医学院,西华师范大学,西南石油大学三所学校的大学生进行问卷。调查结果:396名大学生中,149名(37.6%)大学生有内化问题,188名(47.4%)被调查者有童年不良经历,logistic回归分析发现躯体虐待(P < 0.01)、家中成人互相暴力(P < 0.05)、性虐待(P < 0.01)与内化问题呈正性相关。结论:父母改变自己的教养方式,注重家庭氛围,保护孩子免受躯体、心理、情感上的虐待,给孩子营造一个良好的家庭氛围,一段良好的童年经历。
Abstract: Purpose: This paper preliminarily understands the correlation between different internalization behaviors and different childhood adverse experiences of college students in Nanchong City, and proposes strategies applied to college students’ mental health education to reduce the occurrence of individual adverse childhood experiences and adolescent internalization problems. Method: A simple random sampling method was used to conduct questionnaires among college students from three universities in Nanchong City—North Sichuan Medical College, West China Normal University, and Southwest Petroleum University. Result: Among the 396 college students, 149 (37.6%) college students had internalization problems, and 188 (47.4%) respondents had adverse childhood experiences. Logistic regression analysis found that physical abuse (P < 0.01), family violence between adults (P < 0.05), sexual abuse (P < 0.01) were positively correlated with internalization problems. Conclusion: Parents should change their parenting style, pay attention to the family atmosphere, protect their children from physical, psychological and emotional abuse, and create a good family atmosphere and a good childhood experience for their children.
