基于DEMATEL法的上海市老年流动人口健康水平影响因素测度研究

Research on the Measurement of Influencing Factors of Health Level of Elderly Floating Population in Shanghai Based on DEMATEL Method

摘要: 上海市老龄化程度不断加深，老年流动人口“年老”和“流动”的双重属性使其极易成为弱势群体，其健康影响因素需要受到关注。运用DEMATEL分析法，从个体特征、社会资本、流动特征、医疗服务保健四个维度，对上海市老年流动人口健康水平影响因素进行量化测度，从中心度和原因度两方面分析各因素的影响程度和相互关联效应，并为提高上海市老年流动人口健康水平提出建议。

Abstract: The aging degree of Shanghai is deepening, and the dual attributes of the elderly floating popula-tion, “old age” and “floating”, make it easy to become a vulnerable group, and its health influencing factors need attention. Using DEMATEL analysis method, this paper quantitatively measures the in-fluencing factors of the health level of the elderly floating population in Shanghai from four dimen-sions: individual characteristics, social capital, floating characteristics, medical services and health care, and analyzes the influence degree and correlation effect of each factor from two aspects of centrality and cause, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the health level of the el-derly floating population in Shanghai.
