精神分裂症合并周期性血小板减少症1例

摘要: 周期性血小板减少症是一种以血小板数量周期性波动，发作及间隔时间均有一定的规律性的疾病。在合并抗精神病药物使用的基础上，容易被误诊为药物副作用导致的血小板减少。本例报告一例精神分裂症合并周期性血小板减少症的病例，并复习文献，供临床参考。
Abstract: Cyclic thrombocytopenia is a disease with periodic fluctuations in the number of platelets and cer-tain regularity in attack and interval. On the basis of combined use of antipsychotics, it is easy to be misdiagnosed as thrombocytopenia caused by drug side effects. This case reports a case of schizo-phrenia complicated with periodic thrombocytopenia, and reviews the literature for clinical refer-ence.
