摘要: 高校辅导员作为开展学生工作的一线人员，与学生的联系最紧密，在心理危机干预的预防教育、早期预警以及事后跟踪中有着天然的优势，是学生心理危机干预中的重要参与者。家校合作是大学生心理危机干预中重要的一环，辅导员是家校沟通的主要人物。对高校辅导员在心理危机家校沟通中的困境与策略研究具有实际意义。

Abstract: College counselors on the firing line of student work, have the closest contact with students and have natural advantages in preventive education, early warning and follow-up of psychological crisis intervention. They are important participants in psychological crisis intervention. Home- school cooperation is important to college students’ psychological crisis intervention, and coun-selors are the main personages in home-school communication. The study of dilemma and strategy of college counselors in the communication between home and school in psychological crisis has practical significance.
