急性有机磷农药中毒患者严重程度相关的危险因素分析

摘要: 急性有机磷农药中毒(acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, AOPP),是指机体在短时间内食用、吸入或接触大量有机磷农药后出现的一系列急性中毒的症状和体征,其特点是起病急、进展快、病死率高,所以,不断提高AOPP救治成功率有重要意义,对患者病情严重程度和预后的评估是对其进行有效救治的重要环节,为提高患者临床救治成功率,改善预后,本文将针对评估患者病情的严重程度及影响预后的危险因素展开简要综述。
Abstract: Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) refers to a series of symptoms and signs of acute poisoning after the body ingestion, inhalation or exposure to a large number of organophos-phorus pesticides in a short period of time, which is characterized by rapid onset, rapid progression and high mortality. Therefore, it is of great significance to continuously improve the success rate of AOPP treatment. Evaluation of the severity and prognosis of patients is an important step for effec-tive treatment. In order to improve the success rate of clinical treatment and prognosis of patients, this paper will briefly review the evaluation of the severity of patients’ conditions and risk factors affecting prognosis.
