资本–权力下的资本主义城市空间规划过程

Capital-Power Capitalist Urban Spatial Planning Process

摘要: 随着城市空间生产的高速进行，空间规划问题日益显露并引起新马克思主义空间学者的自觉关注。空间规划作为城市空间生产的一个方面，是城市物理空间的设计、社会空间的组织与社会价值观塑造的统一。为了满足无限扩张的资本增殖需要以及稳固政治性统治，资本力量与政治权力共谋规划资本主义城市空间，由此导致城市空间区隔、城市公共空间资源分配不均以及无产阶级贫困化等问题。资本–权力共谋下的城市空间规划彻底沦为资产阶级精英实现“财富增长”的工具、资本强权统治的政治性手段和延缓资本主义危机的方式，无法掩盖资本主义的内在矛盾。

Abstract: With the rapid development of urban space production, the problem of space planning is increa-singly exposed and arouses the conscious attention of neo-Marxist space scholars. As an aspect of urban space production, spatial planning is the unification of the design of urban physical space, the organization of social space and the shaping of social values. In order to meet the needs of infinite expansion of capital proliferation and to stabilize political domination, capital power and political power conspire to plan capitalist urban space, which leads to problems such as urban space segmentation, uneven distribution of urban public space resources and the impoverishment of the proletariat. Urban space planning under the complicity of capital and power has completely reduced to a tool for bourgeois elites to achieve “wealth growth”, a political means of capitalist power rule and a way to delay the crisis of capitalism, which cannot cover up the inherent contradictions of capitalism.
