生理学蟾蜍肌梭放电实验的改良探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of the Improvement of Toad Muscle Spindle Afferent Discharge Experiment in Physiology
摘要: 为了提高实验课堂教学效率,结合自身科研技术优势,对现有教材中常规的蟾蜍肌梭放电活动的实验操作技术进行了一系列改进和优化,采用原位记录模式,通过改变膝关节的角度来牵拉肌肉,增加了实验结果的稳定性;将科研成果融入实验项目,观察琥珀胆碱、谷氨酸等药物因素对肌梭放电活动的影响,丰富了实验教学内容,使科研和教学有机融合,提高了学生的学习兴趣。
Abstract:
In order to improve the efficiency of experimental teaching, a series of improvements and optimizes the conventional experimental operation techniques of toad muscle spindle afferent discharge activities in existing textbooks. The insitu recording mode is adopted to pull the muscles by changing the angle of knee joint, which increases the stability of experimental results. Integrate scientific research achievements into experiment items, the influence of drug factors such as succinylcholine and glutamate on muscle spindle afferent discharge activities was introduced to the experimental teaching content. The integration of scientific research and teaching improves students’ learning interest.
