摘要: 新冠肺炎疫情全球大流行以来，对各个产业产生了深远影响。原料药作为国际分工合作紧密的产业，对进出口的依赖度较高。而新冠肺炎疫情无疑对原料药的供应链稳定造成一定影响。全球主要国家为重组供应链、获得原料药价格的主导权等，正在积极制定政策战略和应对手段。本文主要分析韩国、美国、印度、欧盟等国家近期和未来预计采取的一系列措施，为我国制定原料药供应链的相关政策提供借鉴和参考。希望我国能够确保原料药供应链多元化，保持供应链稳定通畅。

Abstract: COVID-19 had an important impact on many industries since the global pandemic began. As an industry with a close international division of labor and cooperation, API depends on imports and export highly. The COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on the stability of the API supply chain. Major countries around the world are actively formulating policies, strategies, and countermeasures to restructure their supply chains and take the lead in API prices. This paper analyzes a series of measures that South Korea, the United States, India, the European Union, and other countries are expected to take in the near and future, so as to provide a reference for China to formulate relevant policies on the API supply chain. It is hoped that China can ensure the diversification of the API supply chain and keep the supply chain stable.
