苍南县民宿与旅游资源的协同发展研究

Study on the Coordinated Development of B&B and Tourism Resources in Cangnan County

摘要: 近年来，苍南县处于打造“浙南大门”全域旅游高速发展的关键期，在完善各大旅游景点基础设施和开发旅游项目的同时，依托于相应景点存在的各类民宿也到了发展的重要时期。本文通过研究苍南县民宿和旅游资源的空间关系，得到苍南县旅游资源呈分散状态，圈层数量及类别呈显著差异；苍南县民宿依托旅游资源，呈一聚多散分布格局的结论，同时发现苍南县民宿存在知名度不高、品质相对低小散等问题。对此，本文给出了苍南县民宿应抓住发展关键期，与旅游资源高效结合，提升二者的空间耦合度；使民宿在借助旅游资源名气提高知名度的同时带动旅游目的地的信息传播；实现民宿、旅游双赢发展的建议。

Abstract: In recent years, Cangnan County is in the key period of building a “South Zhejiang Gate” global tourism rapid development. While improving the infrastructure of major tourist attractions and developing tourism projects, all kinds of B&B based on the corresponding attractions have also reached an important period of development. By studying the spatial relationship between residential B&B and tourism resources in Cangnan County, this article finds that tourism resources in Cangnan County are scattered, and the number and category of circles are significantly different. Cangnan County’s B&B relies on tourism resources, showing a scattered distribution pattern. At the same time, it is found that Cangnan County’s B&B has problems such as low visibility and low quality. In this regard, this article suggests that Cangnan County B&B should seize the key period of development, and efficiently combined with tourism resources to improve the spatial coupling of the two. B&B promotes the information dissemination of tourist destinations while enhancing the popularity of tourist resources, realizing the win-win development of B&B and tourism.
