浅谈本科生导师与学生的线上指导交流新模式
Brief Discussion on the New Mode of Online Guidance and Communication between Undergraduate Tutors and Students
摘要: 2020年以来,高等院校线上教学如火如荼,本科生导师和学生之间也开启了线上指导新模式,由“面对面”转为“屏对屏”,但随之而来的师生配比失衡、评测激励机制不完善、线上指导的深度和广度不足等问题也对这种新模式提出了挑战。针对这些问题,本文提出了提升线上交流方式、弹性化师生考核标准、在线问卷调查、建立线上专业问答知识图谱库等举措,为以后常态化的导师和学生线上交流方式提供参考。
Abstract:
Since 2020, online classes in colleges have been in full swing. The guidance mode has also changed between undergraduate tutors and students, from “face-to-face” to “screen-to-screen” online. However, the new mode of guidance and communication also faces a series of challenges, such as the imbalance in teacher-student ratio, imperfect evaluation incentives, and insufficient depth and breadth of online guidance. Therefore, this paper proposes the solution to solve these problems: improving online communication methods, establishing flexible assessment standards for teachers and students, and conducting online questionnaire surveys, building an online professional Q&A knowledge graph library to provide a reference for the normalized online guidance and communication methods for tutors and students in the future.
