以文化生态学视角观照高校档案文化传承与创新

On the Inheritance and Innovation of Archival Culture in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Cultural Ecology

摘要: 高校档案是一所大学发展历史的见证，更是这所大学文化积淀的写照。文化生态学以以人为本、系统均衡、可持续发展的视角，为目前高校档案工作存在的主体参与意识不强、生态位失衡、发展失序等问题进行了分析，并对有效利用和发挥高校档案的文化传承与创新功能提出一些意见和建议。

Abstract: University archives are not only the witness to the development history, but also the portrayal of the cultural accumulation of the university. From the perspective of people-oriented, systematic balance, and sustainable development, cultural ecology analyzes the problems existing in the cur-rent archives work of universities, such as weak awareness of subject participation, imbalance of niche, and disorder of development, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the effective use and exertion of the cultural inheritance and innovation function of archives of universities.
