儿童食管胃底静脉曲张治疗进展

Progress in the Treatment of Esophagogastric Varices in Children

摘要: 食管胃底静脉曲张是儿童常见的上消化道出血原因，一旦破裂出血可危及患儿生命。其诊断较为容易，但却难于治疗。在临床上，纠正休克、药物治疗、内镜治疗、手术治疗、介入治疗等均是儿童食管胃底静脉曲张的治疗手段。如何制定治疗方案关系到患儿的短期疗效及远期预后。本文列举目前常见的治疗手段，为临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: Esophagogastric varices is a common cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in children. Once ruptured, it can endanger the life of children. It is easy to diagnose, but difficult to treat. Clinically, anti-shock, drugs, endoscopic therapy, surgical therapy, interventional therapy are common treat-ment methods for children with esophagogastric varices. How to formulate a treatment plan is re-lated to the short-term efficacy and long-term prognosis of children. This article lists the current common treatment methods to provide reference for clinical application.
