结直肠癌术后吻合口瘘的最新临床研究进展
The Latest Clinical Research Progress of Anastomotic Fistula after Colorectal Cancer Surgery
摘要: 结直肠癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，严重威胁人们生命健康，而目前对于进展期结直肠癌，手术仍然是一种重要的治疗方式，术后吻合口瘘，可增加患者死亡率。因此结直肠癌术后吻合口瘘危险因素、诊断及治疗仍然是一个需要进一步深入研究的问题。本文就结直肠癌术后吻合口瘘相关危险因素，诊断、治疗及相关预防做一综诉。
Abstract: Colorectal cancer is one of the common digestive tumors in China, which seriously threatens peo-ple’s health. At present, surgery is still an important treatment for advanced colorectal cancer, and postoperative anastomotic fistula can increase the mortality of patients. Therefore, the risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of anastomotic fistula after colorectal cancer surgery are still a problem that needs further research. This article reviews the risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of anas-tomotic fistula after colorectal cancer operation.
