后疫情时代下员工情绪管理问题及对策研究
Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Employee Emotion Management in Post-Epidemic Era
摘要: 突如其来的新冠疫情给企业的经营和发展造成了较大影响,虽然疫情过后企业逐渐复工复产,但是疫情对员工的情绪和心理影响极大。为了解疫情对员工心理健康的影响,做好疫情后员工情绪管理,现探究后疫情时代下员工情绪和心理现状,通过问卷调查方式对企业员工进行调查,问卷通过问卷星平台进行网络发放,共计发放307份问卷,并且利用数理统计法对其进行数据分析,探讨员工情绪管理存在的问题以及深层次原因,发现员工存在情绪管理认知不全、自我安全感不足等问题、企业存在缺乏专业情绪疏导、忽视企业文化建设等问题,由此针对员工和企业两个层面,提出了相应的解决对策,为缓解员工负面情绪,提高企业绩效提供借鉴,促进企业和员工的健康发展。
Abstract:
The sudden COVID-19 had a great impact on the operation and development of the enterprise. Although the enterprise gradually returned to work and production after the epidemic, the epidemic had a great impact on the employees’ mood and psychology. In order to understand the impact of the epidemic on employees’ mental health and manage employees’ emotions after the epidemic, we now explore the current situation of employees’ emotions and psychology in the post epidemic era. We investigated the employees of the enterprise by means of questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed online through the questionnaire star platform. A total of 307 questionnaires were distributed, and the data were analyzed by mathematical statistics to explore the problems and deep-seated causes of employees’ emotion management. It is found that employees have problems such as incomplete cognition of emotion management, insufficient sense of self security, lack of professional emotion guidance, neglect of corporate culture construction, etc. Therefore, corresponding solutions are put forward for employees and enterprises, so as to provide reference for alleviating employees’ negative emotions, improving enterprise performance, and promoting the healthy development of enterprises and employees.
