Primary Bone Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma: A Case Report with Literature Review

摘要: 目的：探讨原发骨弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床特点及治疗方案，提高对本病的认识。方法：回顾性分析临沂市中心医院2021年5月收治的1例原发骨弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者资料，并结合相关文献进行讨论。结果：该患者经手术取病理活检诊断为原发骨的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤，予以R-CHOP方案化疗4疗程后症状明显改善，病灶范围较前明显缩小。后排除移植禁忌，行自体外周血造血干细胞移植术，现用来那度安维持治疗，现患者病情稳定，随访至截稿前仍持续完全缓解。结论：原发性骨淋巴瘤临床极其少见，临床治疗效果相对良好。早期的诊断和治疗能使患者生存获益。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment options of primary bone diffuse large B-Cell lymphoma and to raise awareness of the disease. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the data of 1 primary bone diffuse large B-Cell lymphoma patient admitted to Linyi Center Hospital in May 2021, and discussion in conjunction with relevant literature. Results: The patient was diag-nosed as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of primary bone by pathological biopsy. After 4 courses of chemotherapy with R-CHOP regimen, the symptoms were obviously improved, and the focus area was significantly reduced. After the contraindication of transplantation was ruled out, autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was performed, and now it is used for maintenance treatment with naloxone. Now the patient’s condition is stable, and the follow-up is still in complete remission until the deadline. Conclusion: Primary bone lymphoma is extremely rare in clinic, and the clinical treatment effect is relatively good. Early diagnosis and treatment can benefit the survival of patients.
