社区养老服务对老年人生活满意度的影响研究——基于CLASS2018的实证分析

Research on the Impact of Community Care Services on the Life Satisfaction of the Elderly—An Empirical Analysis Based on CLASS2018

摘要: 老年人生活满意度是由老年人根据自身生活状况设定评价标准，并基于此标准对自己的生活质量所进行的主观评价，是衡量老年人生活质量的重要指标。在人口老龄化的大环境下，社区养老服务成为了居家养老服务之外最为普遍的养老服务提供方式，与老年人日常生活联系越来越密切，影响着老年人的生活质量，也影响着老年人对自身生活质量的主观评价。本文利用由中国人民大学人口与发展研究中心和老年学研究所联合设计、执行的中国老年社会追踪调查数据，研究老年人使用社区养老服务的现状及其对生活满意度带来的影响，并试图就如何完善社区养老服务、提高老年人生活满意度提出相应建议。

Abstract: The life satisfaction of the elderly is a subjective evaluation of the quality of life of the elderly based on the evaluation standards set by the elderly according to their own living conditions, and is an important indicator to measure the quality of life of the elderly. In the context of an aging popula-tion, community-based elderly care services have become the most common way of providing el-derly care services other than home-based elderly care services, which also influences a person’s subjective assessment of their own quality of life. This paper uses the data of the China Elderly So-cial Tracking Survey jointly designed and executed by the Population and Development Research Center of Renmin University of China and the Institute of Gerontology to study the current status of the elderly’s use of community elderly care services and their impact on life satisfaction, and try to put forward corresponding suggestions on how to improve community elderly care services and improve the life satisfaction of the elderly.
