健脾和胃膏敷脐治疗功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Jianpi Hewei Ointment on the Navel in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Sleep Disturbance

摘要: 目的：探讨健脾和胃膏敷脐治疗功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法：选取本院2016年9月至2021年9月治疗的100例功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组应用我院自制的健脾和胃膏敷脐，对照组采用莫沙必利口服，两周一个疗程，共两个疗程。治疗后进行疗效评价。结果：治疗后，观察组治疗前后总体症状评分前后对比，疗效明显，前后对比经统计学处理示P < 0.05。观察组总有效率92%，对照组总有效率66%，两组对比经统计学处理示P < 0.05，观察组疗效明显优于对照组。治疗后，观察组的睡眠质量、入睡时间等和PSQI总分均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：健脾和胃膏敷脐治疗功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍患者较常规莫沙比利疗法具有更加显著的临床效果。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Hewei ointment on the navel in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with sleep disturbance. Methods: A total of 100 patients with functional dyspepsia and sleep disorders who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The spleen and stomach ointment was applied to the umbilicus, and the control group was given mosapride orally, a course of two weeks for a total of two courses. Efficacy evaluation was carried out after treatment. Results: After treatment, the overall symptom scores of the observation group were compared before and after treatment, and the curative effect was obvious. The total effective rate of the observation group was 92%, and that of the control group was 66%. The comparison between the two groups showed that P < 0.05, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. After treatment, the sleep quality, time to fall asleep and PSQI total score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Jianpi Hewei plaster applied to the umbilicus has a more significant clinical effect than conventional mosapride therapy in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia and sleep disorders.
