知识隐藏中的领导效应
Leadership Effects in Knowledge Hiding

摘要: 知识的经济效益在员工选择知识隐藏时遭到破坏,因而探寻知识隐藏的产生和影响机制受到学者们的广泛关注。在组织情境中,领导处于人际关系的优益地位,员工受领导行为的影响较大,而相关的文献却很少从领导因素出发展示这一视角下知识隐藏的研究成果。本文通过对已有文献的系统性回顾,从理论基础、领导前因、中间机制和边界条件四个层面梳理了知识隐藏中的领导效应,分析现有研究的不足之处,并提出未来展望和管理建议。
Abstract: The economic benefit of knowledge is destroyed when employees choose to hide it. Therefore, the research on the generation and influence mechanism of knowledge hiding has been widely concerned by scholars. In organizational context, leaders are in the advantageous position of interpersonal relationship, so employees are deeply influenced by leadership conducts. However, few relevant literatures show the research results of knowledge hiding from the perspective of leadership factors. Through a systematic review of existing literature, this paper combs the leadership effects in knowledge hiding from four levels cover theoretical basis, leadership antecedents, intermediate mechanism and boundary conditions, analyzes the shortcomings of existing research, and puts forward future prospects and management suggestions.
