红细胞分布宽度在骨科中的应用进展
Application of RDW in Orthopedic Disease
摘要: 红细胞分布宽度(red cell distribution width, RDW)是一个反映循环红细胞大小异质性的参数。多项研究表明,RDW水平在多种骨科疾病中具有一定的临床意义,如类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid ar-thritis, RA),强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis, AS),骨关节炎(osteoarthritis, OA),髋部骨折以及关节置换术。该文将重点对RDW在骨科疾病中的应用进展进行综述。
Abstract: Red cell distribution width (RDW) is a parameter that reflects the size heterogeneity of circulating red blood cells. Many studies have shown that RDW levels have certain clinical significance in vari-ous orthopedic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), osteoar-thritis (OA), hip fractures, and joint replacements. This review focuses on the application of RDW in orthopedic disease.
