Research Progress of Aspirin-Exacerbated Respiratory Disease
Abstract: Aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD) is a complex disease that is difficult to diagnose and treat in otolaryngology and is characterized by nasal polyps that are sensitive to any non-selec- tive cycoxidase inhibitors Asthma, and other clinical features, including chronic sinusitis eosino-phils Hyposmia AERD diagnosis needs such as combining with the history and aspirin excitation tests, clinical misdiagnosis and doctors often misdiagnosed. In this review, we discussed the patho-genesis of this disease and diagnosis methods and the latest research progress of security.
