杨松柏主任医师运用组针刺法治疗面肌痉挛验案举隅

摘要: 面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm, HFS)是第七对(VII)脑神经的神经产生兴奋性功能障碍性疾病，属于临床常见病、难治病，目前还无特效疗法。杨松柏主任医师认为面肌痉挛多肝、风有关，其病位主要在脑。治疗上运用其独创的组针刺法，增强针感，主张选穴宜少而精，多取面部穴位，重视揣穴。其临床经验对治疗面肌痉挛有较好的临床意义。

On the treatment of the use of its original group acupuncture method, enhance the sense of needle, advocate the selection of acupoints should be less and more precise, take facial acupoints, pay attention to chuai acupoints. Its clinical experience has a good clinical significance for the treatment of hemifacial spasm.
