The Quality of International Students Training and the Path of Cultural Integration in China in the Context of “One Belt, One Road”

摘要: “一带一路”是国家发展的重大举措，是国际文化传播的重要渠道，成为国家交流的纽带和桥梁。近年来，来华留学生的人数日益增多，如何提升培养质量和文化融合成为重要研究方向。本文对“一带一路”背景下来华留学生现状调查，指出来华留学生在培养质量及文化融合方面存在的问题，并提出多元文化融合提升培养质量，创新培养方案和课程体系，完善教学管理模式的建议。期望本文研究，能够提升来华留学生的培养质量和文化融合。

Abstract: “One Belt, One Road” is a major initiative for national development, an important channel for in-ternational cultural communication, and a link and bridge for national exchange. In recent years, the number of international students coming to China has been increasing, and how to improve the quality of cultivation and cultural integration has become an important research direction. This paper investigates the current situation of international students coming to China in the context of “One Belt, One Road”, points out the problems in the cultivation quality and cultural integration of international students coming to China, and puts forward the suggestions of mul-ti-cultural integration to improve the cultivation quality, innovate the cultivation program and curriculum system, and improve the teaching management mode. It is expected that the research of this paper can improve the cultivation quality and cultural integration of international students coming to China.
