子宫内膜异位症的治疗进展

摘要: 子宫内膜异位症是一种女性生殖系统的良性疾病,好发于育龄期女性,是妇科的常见病。其病变部位涉及广泛,极具侵袭性和复发性,导致进行性加重的痛经、不孕症、慢性盆腔痛三大常见症状。子宫内膜异位症严重影响女性的健康和生活质量,是临床中较为棘手的疾病。因此,寻找治疗子宫内膜异位症有效的治疗方案,改善患者的生活质量,是亟待解决的问题。本文对子宫内膜异位症治疗进展进行综述,为规范治疗提供参考,对该疾病的进一步深入研究提供思路。
Abstract: Endometriosis is a benign disease of female reproductive system, often occurs in women of childbearing age, which is a common disease of gynecology. Its lesion site involves a wide range of invasive and recurrent, leading to progressive aggravation of dysmenorrhea, infertility, chronic pelvic pain three common symptoms. Endometriosis seriously affects women’s health and quality of life and is a difficult disease in clinical practice. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to find an effec-tive treatment for endometriosis and improve the quality of life of patients. This article reviews the progress in the treatment of endometriosis to provide reference for standardized treatment and ideas for further study of the disease.
