浅谈早期食管癌
Discussion on Early Esophageal Cancer
摘要: 食管癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤，其发病率呈上升趋势。在世界范围内，它的发病率占第七位，死亡率占第六位。早期食管癌较中晚期食管癌生存率明显升高，足见早期诊断的重要性。早期食管癌治疗方法有：内镜治疗、手术治疗、放射治疗、化疗等。后期随访工作能监测治疗疗效及复发情况。
Abstract: Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system, and its incidence is increasing. Worldwide, it has the seventh highest incidence and the sixth highest death rate. The survival rate of early esophageal cancer is significantly higher than that of middle and late esophageal cancer, indicating the importance of early diagnosis. Early esophageal cancer treatment methods: Endoscopy, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and so on. Follow-up can monitor the therapeutic effect and recurrence.
