大学生抑郁和自杀现状、影响因素以及干预措施
Depression and Suicide Status in College Students, Influencing Factors, and Interventions
摘要: 抑郁与自杀的关系十分紧密，抑郁是自杀的重要原因之一。大学生正处于完善青年人格向社会转型的关键时期，需要面对来自环境、人际关系、学习以及就业等多方面压力，而部分大学生无法以积极健康的心态去面对这些问题，导致心理失去平衡，更有甚者产生自杀的意念或行为。通过检索文献，从大学生抑郁症和自杀的研究背景、影响因素、以及干预措施方面进行探讨。
Abstract: Depression and suicide are closely related, and depression is one of the important causes of suicide. College students are in a critical period of improving the personality of young people to transform into society, and need to face pressures from the environment, interpersonal relationships, learning and employment, and some college students cannot face these problems with a positive and healthy attitude, resulting in psychological imbalance, and even suicidal thoughts or behaviors. Through the search literature, the research background, influencing factors, and interventions of depression and suicide in college students were discussed.
