摘要: 民航发展，空管先行。航空气象作为民航空管系统安全保障的重要组成部分要夯实基础，苦练业务技能，通过人员培养与培训完善气象系统安全服务保障基础，提高空管协同保障能力。本文通过梳理新疆空管局航空气象人员培养与培训现状，提出改进对策，努力塑造一支气象专业服务保障性强、应急反应处置速度快、协同保障意性高的正能量空管气象队伍。

Abstract: Civil aviation development, air traffic control first. As an important part of the safety guarantee of the civil aviation management system, aviation meteorology should consolidate the foundation, practice business skills diligently, improve the foundation of the meteorological system safety service guarantee through personnel training, and improve the ability of air traffic control coordination support. This paper sorts out the current situation of training of aviation meteorological personnel of Xinjiang Air Traffic Control Bureau, proposes improvement countermeasures, and strives to create a positive energy air traffic control meteorological team with strong meteorological professional service guarantee, fast emergency response and disposal speed, and high coordination support.
