款冬花化学成分的研究

摘要: 目的:研究款冬花中的化学成分。方法:综合应用反相色谱、Sephadex LH-20、液相和半制备液相等多种化学色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和核磁共振波谱进行结构鉴定。结果:从款冬花的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到20个化合物,通过波谱分析等手段鉴定了15个化合物,包括12个倍半萜,2个脂肪酸和1个生物碱。结论:化合物6和15为首次从款冬花中分离得到的。
Abstract: Objective: To study the constituents of Tussilago farfara L. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography of Sephadex LH-20, HPLC and semi-preparative RP-HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results: By the means of chromatography methods and spectroscopic evidence, 20 compounds were isolated from 95% EtOH of T. farfara. We identified 15 compounds by spectroscopic analysis, 12 of which were sesquiterpenoids. Conclusion: Compounds 6 and 15 are identified from Tussilago farfara L. for the first time.
