摘要: 近年来，随着全球变暖进程的加快使得北极地区丰富的经济价值，重要的战略价值备受世人的瞩目，中国对北极地区的关注度不断增加。在2018年发布了《中国的北极政策》白皮书中正式提出共建“冰上丝绸之路”。此外北极域外的诸多国家，也根据其自身利益确定了未来对北极地区开发的计划，北极地区的未来局势定会暗流涌动。在新时期，我们遵循大国原则，承担大国责任。同样在北极地区，我们也仍坚守共同体核心思想，推动整个北极地区建设公平合理公正的政治秩序。

Abstract: In recent years, with the acceleration of the process of global warming, the rich economic value and important strategic value of the Arctic region have attracted worldwide attention. China has paid more and more attention to the Arctic region. In 2018, the white paper on China’s Arctic policy was released, formally proposing to jointly build the “polar silk road”. In addition, many countries outside the Arctic region have also determined their plans for the future development of the Arctic region according to their own interests, and the future situation of the Arctic region is bound to surge. In the new era, we will follow the principle of a big country and assume the responsibility of a big country. Similarly, in the Arctic region, we still adhere to the core idea of the community and promote the construction of a fair, reasonable and just political order in the entire Arctic region.
