身体锻炼对老人医疗费用影响的实证分析——基于CGSS2017年数据

An Empirical Analysis of the Effect of Physical Exercise on Health Care Costs of the Elderly—Based on CGSS2017 Data

摘要: 《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》提出要促进健康老龄化，加强老年人健康管理，而老人的医疗费用支出也是健康老龄化的重要标志。本文利用2017年中国社会综合调查(CGSS)数据考察中国老年人医疗费用支出状况，并运用回归分析方法对中国老年人身体锻炼情况和医疗费用支出之间的关系进行系统分析。研究结果表明，身体锻炼对老年人医疗支出产生显著性影响，与无身体锻炼的老年人相比，进行身体锻炼的老年人每年医疗支出显著性降低。最后，针对影响因素提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract: The “Health China 2030” Plan proposes to promote healthy ageing and strengthen the health man-agement of the elderly, while the medical expenditure of the elderly is also an important indicator of healthy ageing. This paper examines the health care expenditure of the elderly in China using data from the 2017 China General Social Survey (CGSS), and uses regression analysis to systemati-cally analyze the relationship between physical exercise and health care expenditure of the elderly in China. The results show that physical exercise has a significant impact on the medical expendi-ture of the elderly, and the annual medical expenditure of the elderly who engage in physical exer-cise is significantly lower compared to those who do not engage in physical exercise. Finally, corre-sponding countermeasures are proposed to address the influencing factors.
