三孩生育意愿及其影响因素调查研究——以杭州市居民为例

Investigation and Study of the Willingness to Have Three Children and Its Influencing Factors—Taking Residents in Hangzhou for Instance

摘要: 本文以杭州市居民为调查群体，旨在了解三孩政策在杭州市全面实施的可能性，从中寻找相关问题并提出合理建议。主要采用分层抽样法进行问卷调查，就三孩生育意愿的影响因素及其影响程度建立因子分析模型。团队通过分析群体目前生育情况、三孩生育意愿度、对多方面影响因素的顾虑程度等信息，大致了解居民对响应三孩政策的态度。最后提出一些针对性建议，以响应国家政策的号召，推动三孩政策的不断落实。

Abstract: This article takes the residents of Hangzhou as the survey group to understand the possibility of the full implementation of the three-child policy in Hangzhou, find relevant problems and make reasonable suggestions. The questionnaire survey was mainly carried out by stratified sampling method, and a factor analysis model was established on the influencing factors of the willingness to have three children and the degree of influence. By analyzing the current fertility situation of the group, the willingness to have three children, and the degree of concern about many influencing factors, the team roughly understands the residents’ attitudes towards the three-child policy. Finally, some targeted suggestions are put forward to respond to the call of the national policy and promote the continuous implementation of the three-child policy.
