上海市经济发展与养老服务的耦合协调度研究

Research on the Coupling Coordination Degree of Economic Development and Pension Services in Shanghai

摘要: 养老服务不仅影响到区域老人生活福祉，还对区域经济健康可持续发展起重要作用。目前针对于上海市的经济发展与养老服务耦合协调度的研究不足。为此，构建上海市经济发展与养老服务子系统指标体系，并通过独立性权重法对指标赋权、建立耦合协调模型对上海市经济发展与养老服务的耦合协调关系进行评价。研究发现，上海市经济发展与养老服务耦合协调度在2011~2020年逐年上升，在2019年达到优质协调程度。但上海市经济发展与养老服务优质的协调关系并不意味着养老服务的发展优质，应从政策法规、创新发展、产业效应三方面完善上海市养老服务。

Abstract: Pension services not only affect the well-being of the elderly in the region, but also play an important role in the healthy and sustainable development of regional economy. At present, the research on the coordination degree of economic development and pension services in Shanghai is insufficient. Therefore, the subsystem system of economic development and pension services in Shanghai is constructed, the independent weight method is used to empower each indicator, and the coupling coordination model is established to evaluate the coupling coordination relationship between economic development and pension services in Shanghai. The study found that the coupling coordination degree of economic development and pension services in Shanghai increased year by year from 2011 to 2020, and reached a high-quality coordination degree in 2019. However, the coordinated relationship between Shanghai’s economic development and the quality of pension services does not mean that the development of pension services is of high quality. We should improve Shanghai’s pension services from three aspects: policies and regulations, innovative development and industrial effects.
