企业环境责任的履行及其效应研究
Research on the Performance and Effect of Corporate Environmental Responsibility
摘要: 伴随着经济全球化的快速发展，企业的发展速度也在不断加快，然而企业发展带来的环境问题制约着人类文明的进步，因此研究企业环境责任的履行状况对人类文明的进一步发展具有战略性意义。基于此，本文首先从理论层面探讨了企业履行环境责任是否有助于提高企业的经济效应；其次，结合实证研究分析企业履行环境责任在当期以及滞后一期的企业经济效应如何；最后针对实证分析结果提出相关建议。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of economic globalization, the development speed of enterprises is also accelerating. However, the environmental problems brought by the development of enterprises restrict the progress of human civilization. Therefore, it is of strategic significance to study the performance of corporate environmental responsibility for the further development of human civilization. Based on this, this paper first discusses whether the performance of environmental responsibility of enterprises will help to improve the economic effect of enterprises from the theoretical level. Secondly, combined with empirical research, this paper analyzes the economic effects of enterprises’ performance of environmental responsibility in the current period and the lag period. Finally, some suggestions are put forward according to the results of empirical analysis.
