摘要: 本文以药物化学课程中“局部麻醉药”知识内容进行教学案例设计，从教学目标、教学内容与思政元素的融合、教学方法及教学活动的开展等方面探讨了课程思政在局部麻醉药教学中的教学设计，以期为药物化学课程思政建设提供参考。

Abstract: This paper designs teaching cases based on the knowledge content of “local anesthetics” in the course of medicinal chemistry, and discusses the teaching design of the course Ideological Politics in the teaching of local anesthetics from the aspects of teaching objectives, the integration of teaching content and ideological and political elements, teaching methods and the development of teaching activities, in order to provide reference for the ideological and political construction of the course of medicinal chemistry.
