Abstract: Play therapists are important leaders and observers in the process of play therapy. This paper introduces the professional development of play therapists from two aspects: the training of play therapists (including the methods and effects of training, and the relevant scales for evaluating training) and supervision (including the role of supervision and different modes of supervision), analyzes the challenges faced in the above process, and finally puts forward suggestions for future research on the basis of summary and analysis.
