基于OBE理念的军事运筹学有效教学研究
Research on Effective Teaching of Military Operations Based on OBE Concept
摘要: 本文针对学员在学习过程中的倦怠现象,从学员学有所得出发研究设计教学相关问题。首先,基于以结果为导向的教育理念和有效教学方法,提出了基于OBE理念的有效教学研究;其次,从目标、内容、课堂检测、课后练习等方面,阐述了其组织过程;然后,以军事运筹学的具体实施为例,就课前、课中、课后不同环节进行了设计和阐述;最后,从教与学两方面,提出了教员和学员的反思。本文所设计的基于OBE理念的有效教学研究,充分调动了学员的学习积极性,发挥了学员的主观能动性,让学员在主动参与中感受到思考的乐趣,达到能力的提升,获得思维的碰撞,收获学习的有效,为今后的岗位任职打下良好的基础。
Abstract: In view of the lassitude phenomenon of students in the learning process, the design teaching is studied from the perspective of students’ learning gain. Firstly, based on the results-oriented education concept and effective teaching method, the effective teaching research based on OBE concept is proposed. Secondly, from the objective, content, class testing, after-class practice and other aspects, its organization process is elaborated; Then, taking the concrete implementation of military operations research as an example, it designs and expounds different links before class, during class and after class. Finally, from two aspects of teaching and learning, and it puts forward the faculty and students’ reflection, the research which designed in this paper, based on the concept of OBE effective teaching , fully mobilize the students’ learning enthusiasm and explore their subjective initiative, so that the students can feel the fun of thinking in the active participation, achieve the improvement of ability, get the impact of thinking, harvest the effectiveness of learning, and lay a good foundation for the future post.
