Research Progress of CC and CXC Chemokines in Cervical Cancer
Abstract: Chemokines can activate immune checkpoint regulators in cervical cancer and are associated with prognostic factors, such as tumor cell proliferation, invasion, angiogenesis, chemotherapy resistance and immunosuppression. In order to better treat cervical cancer and find new effective therapeutic targets, it is of great practical significance to have a clear understanding of chemokines. This article reviews the origin and classification of CC and CXC chemokines, as well as the mechanism and po-tential role of CC and CXC chemokines as biomarkers in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
