新媒体时代大学生心理健康教育分析

Analysis of Mental Health Education for College Students in the New Media Era

摘要: 在新媒体时代背景之下，各类信息资源更加丰富，且得到更充分的整合，同时在信息交流过程中更加方便快捷。新媒体模式也成为大学生各类信息进行获取和交流的重要工具和关键渠道，然而在大学生的新媒体应用过程中，往往存在不同程度的问题，信息比较混乱，缺乏足够的识别能力，使其心理和价值观往往面临一定的困扰，结合这样的情况，本文有针对性的通过文献借鉴以及案例调查分析等方法探究新媒体时代下大学生心理健康教育方面存在的问题和对策。着重从四个层面探究相关内容，首先，针对引言部分进行分析，把握研究的背景意义和研究综述；其次，针对新媒体时代下大学生心理健康教育存在的问题进行探讨；第三，重点分析心理健康教育存在的问题根源和成因及有效探究新媒体时代下大学生心理健康教育对策等；结论部分，对于本次研究的相关成果和不足进行有效总结。

Abstract: The different kinds of information resources become more and more abundant and comprehen-sive, at the same time, it takes more convenience for people to exchange information under the background of new media. On the one hand, the pattern of new media has become the fundamental goods and cordial service to gain and communicate information for students. On the other hand, there are different degrees of problems when students are using the new media. For example, the information is in disorder so that the students who are lack of experienced distinguish skills will encounter some problems in psychological or value of point of view. According to the problems, the followings are some issues and resolutions about the undergraduates’ psychological health under the era of new media and the paper choose case-analysis and literature-reference method. The paper is divided into four parts to explore the issue fundamentally. At first, it will give an analysis about the introduction and understand the meaning and overview. Then it will talk about the undergraduates’ problems in psychological healthy education. Third, it focuses on analyzing the root causes and causes of problems in mental health education and effectively exploring the countermeasures for college students’ mental health education in the new media era. The last part that is a conclusion and it will summarize the funding and deficiencies effectively according to this research.
