摘要: 敏感肌的成因包括环境因素、生活习惯因素和化学因素以及个体差异等因素，并且在疫情影响下，长期佩戴口罩或许也会影响皮肤的敏感程度。目前研究的形成敏感肌机制主要分为皮肤屏障受损、皮肤感觉神经系统异常、血管反应性增高以及免疫炎症反应，其他形成机制还有待进一步的研究。通过整理归纳分析敏感肌的原因及形成机制，有助于相关医学研究人员针对敏感肌问题提出解决方法，以及给敏感肌相关护理产品的开发提供新的思路。

Abstract: The causes of sensitive skin include environmental factors, lifestyle factors, chemical factors, and individual differences. Under the influence of the epidemic, long-term wearing of masks may also affect the sensitivity of the skin. The mechanisms of sensitive muscle formation confirmed by exist-ing research are mainly divided into skin barrier damage, abnormal skin sensory nervous system, increased vascular reactivity, and immune and inflammatory responses. Other formation mecha-nisms need further study. By sorting out and analyzing the causes and formation mechanisms of sensitive skin, it will help relevant medical researchers to propose solutions for sensitive skin problems, and provide new ideas for the development of sensitive skin care products.
