大学生成人依恋、完美主义与特质焦虑的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Adult Attachment, Perfectionism and Trait Anxiety among College Students

摘要: 目的：探讨大学生成人依恋、完美主义与特质焦虑三者间的关系。方法：采用亲密关系体验问卷修订版(ECR)、多维完美主义量表(CFMPS)、特质焦虑量表对大学生进行检测。结果：1) 大学生成人依恋、完美主义与特质焦虑在人口学变量上没有差异。2) 大学生成人依恋、完美主义和特质焦虑相互间有显著相关。3) 大学生成人依恋、完美主义对特质焦虑有预测作用，其中完美主义的条理性、行动疑虑、担心错误三个因子在大学生成人依恋与特质焦虑之间起中介作用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between adult attachment, perfectionism and trait anxiety among college students. Methods: College students were tested using the Experience of Close Relationships Questionnaire Revised (ECR), the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (CFMPS), and the Trait Anxiety Scale. Results: 1) Adult attachment, perfectionism, and trait anxiety among college students did not differ in terms of demographic variables. 2) Adult attachment, perfectionism, and trait anxiety among college students were significantly correlated with each other. 3) Adult attachment, perfectionism and trait anxiety were predicted by college students, and the three factors of perfectionism: organization, action doubt and fear of mistakes mediated the relationship between adult attachment and trait anxiety.
