我国社区心理健康服务的发展及现状

The Development and Current Situation of Community Mental Health Services in China

摘要: 响应国家“健康中国”理念的号召，重视社区心理健康服务的发展刻不容缓。在新冠疫情大背景下，如何在保证社区居民生理健康的基础上，维护和促进心理健康的发展尤为重要。社区，作为一个微观环境，是众多家庭构建的共同体，其发展对于个体和社会都存在重要意义。因此，本文从社区心理健康服务的定义出发，结合当前国内外研究现状，梳理我国社区心理健康的发展进程以及目前面临的困境，并提出相应的解决措施，如：服务人员队伍的壮大、心理健康知识的普及等，力图对当前社区心理健康服务的发展提供思路和启发。

Abstract: Responding to the call of the country’s “Healthy China” concept, it is imperative to attach impor-tance to the development of community mental health services. In the context of the COVID-19, it is particularly important to maintain and promote the development of mental health, ensuring the physical health of community residents. Community, as a micro-environment, is a community built by many families. Therefore, starting from the definition of community mental health service, combined with the current research status at home and abroad, this paper sorts out the development process of community mental health in my country, and proposes corresponding solutions, such as: the growth of service personnel, and the popularization of mental health, etc., trying to provide ideas and inspiration for the current development of community mental health services.
