大学生羞怯对生涯适应力的影响：自尊和友谊质量的链式中介作用
The Impact of College Students’ Shyness on Career Adaptability: The Chain Mediation of Self-Esteem and Friendship Quality

摘要: 本研究以926名大学生为被试，考察自尊和友谊质量在羞怯和生涯适应力之间的链式中介作用。研究发现：1) 羞怯、自尊、友谊质量和生涯适应力之间具有相关关系；2) 羞怯不仅能显著负向预测生涯适应力，还可以通过自尊和友谊质量的链式中介效应对生涯适应力产生影响。该结论有助于厘清羞怯影响生涯适应力的内部机制。
Abstract: 926 university students were used as subjects, this study aimed to explore the mediating role of self-esteem and friendship quality between shyness and career adaptability. The results showed: 1) Shyness, self-esteem, friendship quality and career adaptability were significantly correlated with each other; 2) Shyness could not only have a direct effect in career adaptability, but also have an indirect effect in career adaptability through self-esteem and friendship quality. The results could benefit us clarifying the mechanism of shyness affecting career adaptability.
