赋权理论视角下社会工作介入大学生慢就业现象的研究

摘要: 本文通过梳理从CNKI收集到的以“大学生”“慢就业”为关键词搜索到的282篇文献,从赋权理论的视角,分析大学生慢就业现象在个人层次表现以啃老型、好高骛远型、迷茫型为主,人际层次表现在家庭教育和媒体影响这两方面,政治层次表现为职业规划政策宣传或认识不足,造成这些现象的原因主要为独立的意识不强,自我能力认知不够,职业生涯规划不足,社会工作的介入应根据赋权理论,从批判视角解决个人层次方面的问题,从生态视角解决人际层次方面的问题,从压抑的历史视角解决政治层次方面的问题,从而从根本上改变大学生的就业观念。
Abstract: In this paper, 282 papers collected from CNKI with the keywords of “college students” and “slow employment” are analyzed, from the perspective of empowerment theory, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of slow employment of college students at the individual level, which is mainly characterized by boomerang, over-ambitious and confused, and at the interpersonal level, which is characterized by the influence of child discipline and media, the political level is manifested by the lack of publicity or awareness of the policy of career planning, which is mainly caused by the lack of awareness of independence, the lack of self-awareness, the lack of career planning, and the intervention of social work according to the theory of empowerment, this paper tries to solve the problems of individual level from the critical perspective, interpersonal level from the ecological perspective, and political level from the repressive historical perspective so as to fundamentally change the employment concept of college students.
