Abstract: In Hegel’s concept of family, the concept of marriage occupies a very important position, and Hegel also has his own unique views on the issue of marriage. In the past, most scholars held a negative attitude to Hegel’s view. This article aims to discuss the rationality of Hegel’s view of marriage from many aspects, such as the way of mate selection, the basis of marriage, the purpose of marriage, the form of marriage, and the disintegration of marriage.
