Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease, the most common type of senile dementia in the clinic, is a progressive and developing fatal neurodegenerative lesion. As population ageing progresses, the number of such patients increases and the cost of treatment is high. Thus, clinical interventions based on early di-agnosis can delay Alzheimer’s disease progression and improve patient outcomes. This paper summarizes and analyzes the recent literature of various biomarkers of AD, and classifies and summarizes the role of various biomarkers in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AD.
