情景模拟教学在血液净化专科护士中的应用
Application of Scene Simulation Teaching in Blood Purification Specialist Nurses
摘要: 目的:探讨情景模拟教学方式在血液净化专科护士教学中的应用效果。方法:将进入血液净化专科培训基地的40名护士随机分成研究组和对照组各20名,对照组采用传统教学技能培训方法,研究组在对照组的培训基础上加以情景模拟演示,对比两组护士带教方法的满意度。结果:试验组专科护士对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学模式应用于血液净化专科护士临床实践带教,可明显提高护理专科护士对教学方法的满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in the teaching of nurses in blood purification specialty. Methods: 40 nurses who entered the blood purification training base were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 20 in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching skills training method, and the study group performed situational simulation demonstration on the basis of the training of the control group, and compared the satisfaction of the two groups of nurses with the teaching method. Results: The satisfaction of nurses in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group; the dif-ference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of scenario simulation teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of nurses in blood purification specialty can significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing nurses with the teaching method.
