“扫码时代”的老年人关怀——老年人“数字鸿沟”现状与消弭路径研究

Care for the Elderly in the “Scan Code Era”—Research on the Status and Elimination Path of the “Digital Divide” of the Elderly

摘要: 随着数字化时代的来临，年轻人享受着智能科技带来的极大生活便利，而老年人却常常因为智能产品而闹心、甚至无计可施，陷入“数字鸿沟”。本文采用问卷调查进行研究，结合“数字鸿沟”的百度指数和分层随机抽样选取浙江省的杭州、宁波和绍兴为问卷调研地点，对老年人和中青年分别设计问卷。描述性统计分析揭示了老年人的智能化应用现状以及数字化困境。Logistic回归、改进的层次分析法以及多元线性回归结果表明：老年人使用智能手机的情况与居住地和居住情况有关；开发适老化智能产品、家庭成员帮助是让老年人跨越“数字鸿沟”的可行路径；“无纸化交通出行”和“线下银行网点服务”是提升适老化措施满意度最重要的两个着力点。相关研究结果希望有助于提升社会对老年人的了解和关注度，进而采取相关措施提升老年人的幸福感。

Abstract: Abstract: With the advent of the digital age, young people enjoy the great convenience of life brought by smart technology, while the elderly are often troubled by smart products or even help-less, falling into the “digital divide”. This paper uses a questionnaire survey to conduct research, combined with the Baidu index of the “digital divide” and stratified random sampling to select Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province as the survey sites, and design questionnaires for the elderly and middle-aged and young people respectively. Descriptive statistical analysis re-veals the current status of intelligent applications and digital dilemmas for the elderly. Logistic re-gression, improved analytic hierarchy process and multiple linear regression results show that the use of smart phones by the elderly is related to the place of residence and living conditions; the de-velopment of age- appropriate smart products and the help of family members are feasible methods for the elderly to cross the “digital divide” path; “paperless transportation” and “offline bank branch service” are the two most important focus points to improve the satisfaction of aging-friendly measures. The relevant research results hope to help improve the society’s understanding and at-tention to the elderly, and then take relevant measures to improve the well-being of the elderly.
