全域旅游背景下承德避暑山庄的保护利用研究

Research on the Protection and Utilization of Chengde Mountain Resort under the Background of Global Tourism

摘要: 2021年6月，文旅部将全域旅游示范区的创建和文化遗产的保护写入十四五文旅发展规划。承德避暑山庄既是世界文化遗产，又入选了第一批国家全域旅游示范区创建名单，但是由于存在开发模式单一、文化内涵和景区融合不充分、缺乏与其他景区联动等问题，避暑山庄并没有在全域旅游示范区的创建和文物保护方面起到核心引领作用。本文从全域旅游视角对此进行了分析，并从全资源、全产业和全时空的角度提出相应对策，希望可以促进避暑山庄文化遗产保护的可持续发展和承德全域旅游示范区的创建。

Abstract: In June 2021, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism will include the creation of global tourism demonstration areas and the protection of cultural heritage into the 14th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Tourism Development. Chengde Mountain Resort is not only a world cultural heritage, but also selected into the first batch of national all-for-one tourism demonstration areas. However, due to problems such as a single development model, insufficient integration of cultural connotations and scenic spots, and lack of linkage with other scenic spots, the Mountain Resort has not been established in the city. It plays a central leading role in the establishment of the global tourism demonstration area and the protection of cultural relics. This paper analyzes this from the perspective of global tourism, and proposes corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of all resources, all industries and all time and space, hoping to promote the sustainable de-velopment of the cultural heritage protection of the Mountain Resort and the establishment of the Chengde all-for-one tourism demonstration area.
