庭审话语中的言据性使用研究
The Study of Evidentiality in the Discourse of Court Hearings
摘要: 言据性是说话人对所说话语的来源以及可信度的说明。本篇论文以央视网法律节目《现场》为语料来源，分析法律庭审话语中的四类言据性表达以及不同诉讼主体对言据性使用的差异。结果发现，态度型据素使用最多。不同诉讼主体之间使用据素差异明显。
Abstract:
Evidentiality is the speakers’ account of the source and credibility of what they are saying. This paper uses CCTV’s legal program Court Hearings as the source of corpus and analyses the four types of evidence-based expressions in the discourse of court hearings and the differences in the use of evidential by different litigation subjects. It turns out that attitude-based data is used the most. There are obvious differences in the use of evidential between different litigation subjects.
