子宫内膜息肉不同治疗方式的相关研究进展

摘要: 子宫内膜息肉是妇科常见疾病之一,本质上以良性多见,好发于育龄期及围绝经期女性,临床上常以异常子宫出血及不孕症为主诉就诊。目前对于子宫内膜息肉发病的具体原因尚不清楚,经阴道超声检查是临床常用的首选检查方法,其确诊则需在宫腔镜下摘除行病理检查。关于子宫内膜息肉的治疗目前尚无统一规范,本文现就子宫内膜息肉治疗的相关研究进展作一综述。
Abstract: Endometrial polyp is one of the most common diseases in gynecology. It is benign in nature and usually occurs in women of childbearing age and perimenopausal period. Clinically, abnormal uterine bleeding and infertility are often the chief complaints. At present, the specific causes of endometrial polyps are not clear. Transvaginal ultrasonography is the preferred method of clinical examination, and the diagnosis of endometrial polyps requires hysteroscopy for pathological examination. There is no uniform standard for the treatment of endometrial polyps at present. This article reviews the research progress in the treatment of endometrial polyps.
