静脉药物配置中心相似药品管理模式的探讨

Discussion on Similar Drug Management Mode in Intravenous Drug Dispensing Center

摘要: 目的：探索静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)的相似药物管理方式，保证临床用药安全。方法：通过对我院静脉配置中心相似药品管理的实践探讨，建立一套有效的相似药品管理方法。对比管理方法实施前后的差错事件数和差错率，利用统计学手段验证是否有显著差异性。结果：通过实施一系列的管理措施，2021年1~6月与相似药品有关的差错发生率为0.068%，实施管理措施后2021年7~12月与相似药品有关的差错发生率为0.035%，P值<0.05，有显著差异性。结论：通过对相似药品的分类，制作相似药物图册，对药物标签增加标识，摆放位置重新调整，定期对人员进行培训学习，提高了对相似药品的管理水平，减少了差错事件的发生。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the similar drug management methods in intravenous drug dispensing centers (PIVAS) and ensure the safety of clinical medication. Methods: To establish a set of effective management methods of similar drugs by discussing the practice of similar drug management in the intravenous dispensation center of our hospital. The number of error events and error rate before and after the implementation of management methods were compared, and statistical methods were used to verify whether there were significant differences. Results: Through the implementation of a series of management measures, the incidence of errors related to similar drugs from January to June 2021 was 0.068%, and after the implementation of management measures, the incidence of errors related to similar drugs from July to December 2021 was 0.035%, P < 0.05, showing significant differences. Conclusions: The management level of similar drugs is improved and the occurrence of errors is reduced by classifying similar drugs, making similar drugs atlas, adding labels to drug labels, readjusting the placement positions, and regularly training and learning personnel.
